Stitch Perfect
Once finalized, our designers take the design and begin a specialized process to convert the design into stitching in what is called a “Sew Out”.

The Knitty-Gritty
The Sock technician in the factory uploads the 'Sew Out' and hones and refines the placement of the threads to create the perfect combination of design and wearability.
A Sock is Born
After multiple test runs have been completed and all the threads have been Pantone-matched, the sock design can be put into production where the entirety of the socks are identically made.

Finishing Touches
After the socks are knitted, the toes are carefully sewn, then each pair is steamed and pressed. Finally, labels are meticulously stitched on, one by one.

What Is Terry?
Additional cushioning and moisture control.
Terry is a fabric made with many protruding loops of thread, which can absorb large amounts of water.
Terry is ideal for athletic socks for moisture control as well as adding cushion for maximum shock absorption.
Our socks come in both half and full terry, which refers to whether the inner terry sits on the sole of the foot, or up the leg as well.
Mercerized Cotton
Mercerization is a process applied to cellulosic fibers, which strengthens the fibre and gives it a lustrous, shiny appearance.
The mercerized cotton is able to absorb more dye, making the colour of the dyed cloth brighter and deeper. Mercerized cotton also has a better resistance to multiple washings.

Combed cotton
Combed cotton is a softer version of a regular cotton.
For extra-fine cotton, people use a cotton comb to pull out additional short fibers after carding, ensuring that the cotton fibers are all the same length.

As well, our factory in Italy has been in the family for generations, and specializes in bespoke, small batch runs, which allows us to work with everyone closely and stay in touch often. We are a small and committed team that’s dedicated to our work and each other. We aim to withhold the highest safety standards and have frequent third party assessments to ensure the best working environments for all.
