Below are a few of the features that you can count on when you order custom socks from us:

Awesome Color Reproduction

Other custom sock companies who compete with us on speed limit the colors they offer to their customers to 40 or less. While this can speed up their process and makes it easier on them because the yarn is in stock, we always felt it was of utmost importance to match the colors of our clients’ brand exactly. Clients put a lot of work and energy into their brand and we want the socks to represent their brand properly.

A lot of people ask us how we match fully to their Pantone and turn around the socks in 7 days (the fastest turnaround time in the industry)?

Brighter Colors, Stronger Fabric

Most, if not all of the custom sock players in the market are using regular cotton or combed cotton. We wanted a sock that performed better and feel more comfortable – so we developed our custom dress socks to be made with mercerized cotton.

Mercerization is a process applied to cellulosic cotton fibers to increase luster.  It is done after weaving (in the case of fabrics) or spinning (for yarns or threads).  But early on it was found that the process also had secondary benefits:  the mercerized fibers were able to absorb more water, and therefore absorb more dye, making the color of the dyed cloth brighter and deeper.

Not only is the color brighter, but it also gives the cloth a better resistance to multiple washings,  keeping the colors bright and unchanged over time. In addition to increasing luster and affinity to dyestuffs, it increases strength, smoothness, resistance to mildew, and also reduces lint.  For example, higher-quality yarns and fabrics are always mercerized.

High Quality With High Needle Counts

Needle count is important as it affects the density of the yarn, pattern, color, thickness, appearance, and compression of the custom sock produced.   The higher the needle count the higher the overall quality of the sock.  In our case, with 200 needles, this means that there will be 200 finely crafted stitches around the leg of each and every custom sock.

Longer Lasting Socks

When you purchase custom socks for your company to give out to your clients or employees, you want to be sure that the gift will last.   Using a reinforced toe and heel is another way that our custom socks extend the life of the product.  A reinforced toe is when the material around the toes is thicker and more durable so that the big toe will not cut through it, keeping the sock going for longer on your recipient’s feet.

A More Comfortable Sock

For custom socks that stay up a bit better, or have a thicker feel, we turn to ribbed socks. Ribbing is made by alternating knit stitches with purl stitches, in different proportions depending on what effect is desired.  This keeps your custom socks in place better throughout the day.
