Step 1: We Start With Your Brand’s Exact Colours
Once your design is finalized (if you’re curious about that process, check out our How It Works page), we begin by matching your brand’s Pantone colours to the perfect threads.
We’ve spent years building a comprehensive archive that pairs every Pantone shade with its thread counterpart - and it’s still growing. We are constantly growing and adapting our collection as Pantone provides new colors and formulations. This lets us reproduce your brand colours with pinpoint accuracy, ensuring the socks we deliver aren’t just high-quality - they’re unmistakably you.
Step 2: Our Italy Team Gets to Work
With your colours confirmed, your design heads to our production team in Italy. This is where the real magic happens. Our team carefully cross-references your design with our Pantone-thread archive to pick the perfect yarns for every element of your sock.
But it doesn’t stop there. If a rare or specific thread isn’t already on hand, our team makes a quick trip to one of our nearby partner yarn factories to get exactly what’s needed - no delays, no compromises.
Step 3: Cotton or Nylon? We Make Smart Choices for Detail
As your design comes to life, we also decide which threads will work best for the finer details. For small text or intricate logos, we’ll often use nylon threads - which are thinner and more compact than cotton - to keep lines clean and crisp.
By blending materials strategically, we ensure your socks are both visually stunning and incredibly comfortable.
Step 4: Precision Meets Speed
One of the major advantages of our Italy-based production is speed without sacrificing quality. Most sock companies have to bulk-order colours ahead of time, hoping they’ll match future designs. Not us.
Because of our deep relationship with local yarn factories, we can get exactly the colours you need, when you need them, in small and large quantities. Combined with our vast in-stock thread library, this allows us to move incredibly fast - often meeting tight deadlines that others can’t.
