It Starts with a Single Sock
Before mass production begins, we start with just one sock. After it's produced, we immediately pause the machine. This first sample undergoes a detailed inspection by one of our experienced technicians. It’s not just a glance-over - we cross-reference the sock with the approved final design board, checking that every detail is exactly as it should be.
We verify all design elements are present, that each Pantone color is in its proper place, and that the pattern is flawlessly integrated into the structure of the sock. No holes, pulls, or structural issues are allowed to slip through the cracks.
Fit and Function Matter, Too
Looks aren’t everything. Once the design checks out, we put the sock to the test - literally. Stretch, wearability, and comfort are all evaluated to ensure the sock performs just as well as it looks. Only after passing this rigorous quality control step, mass production begins.
A System Built to Catch Imperfections
As we produce the full order, we always make an extra 5–10 pairs. These extras serve as backups in case any issues are identified during the final visual inspection phase.
Once the socks move into steaming - a crucial step for setting the final shape and appearance - we conduct another round of inspections. If any defects are found, they’re immediately swapped with one of the extras, ensuring that every sock in your final order meets our high standards.
Zero Waste, Maximum Quality
Damaged socks are never simply discarded. Instead, we collect and bag them for a “second life,” whether that’s repurposing or recycling. Extra undamaged socks are saved and used as future samples.
This comprehensive approach allows our factory to operate with minimal waste and an exceptionally low error rate - something we take great pride in.
