Recently we’ve implemented some changes behind the scenes as well, making our customer service faster and more responsive than ever – we were really fast before but we’re at a whole new level now! Thanks to technologies like Salesforce, we are not only able to get your custom socks order started in record time, we can track your order as it moves through our system, handle the shipping to single or multiple international locations, create custom packages of products designed specifically for your needs with ease, and all the usual customer service you can expect.

We’ve also been working with our sales representatives to make their job easier. With their help and input, we’ve implemented custom sales tools so they can process your orders faster and more efficiently. They work really hard to make sure your sock orders are a great fit for your business or cause so we’re are happy to see them making the most of it.

What’s next for Sockrates Custom? We’ve got some improvements planned for 2022 that will make the ordering experience faster and easier, as well as some upgrades to the backend to make reordering a breeze. We’ll have more details on those developments as we get closer to launching them.
